Little Brothers and sisters home daycare originated from a vision created and shared by two loving sisters who were given the responsibilities of babysitting their little brothers and sister. This simple vision of theirs emerged once each sister was given the opportunity to expand their assistance, providing care, and supervision for their nieces, nephews, friends of the family children, and the neighborhood children. The vision shared between the two sisters was not put into action right away because the two decided to take their separate journey in life to grow, become wiser and more knowledgeable. Personal experience, love and appreciation was gained from raising one’s own children/family. Other experiences were gained from working in a school setting, daycare setting, retirement home and were not limited to becoming a nanny, healthcare provider and certified nurse assistant. Each experience came with great responsibility to be the positive impact/change in an individual’s life. These humble experiences along with the positive energy encouraged the two sisters to put their vison to action. The vision to provide a safe, educational and nourishing environment. Our goal is to make sure no child is left behind, but all children from little brothers and sisters will be prepare for the next level of learning.

We believe a home-based day care is the closest a child can get to a home like environment. That familiar comfortable environment every child knows and love. We offer our children that cozy, warm, homely environment. We encourage our children to make themselves at home and being their self here at Little Brothers and Sisters Home Daycare. In a home-based daycare, the child-to-staff ratio are in smaller groups allowing each staff member to have more individual attention and supervision. This often helps create a bond between the staff and the child. Our parents appreciate our one on one approach with their child. It put our parents’ minds at ease knowing their child is not being neglected, overlooked, due to the high numbers of children some daycare centers have.
